Thank you for shopping with Chippity! As our products are freshly made and perishable, please review our shipping policy carefully.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Methods and Timeframes
We currently offer the following delivery options within Singapore:
Standard Delivery: S$4.90
Free Delivery: On orders above S$40
Delivery Hours
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within Singapore only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Perishable Goods
As our products are food items and perishable by nature, all orders are packed with care to maintain freshness during transit. We recommend that you are available to receive your order upon delivery and refrigerate or consume products promptly upon receipt.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided, or if no one is available to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery. As our products are perishable, we cannot guarantee the quality of items that are undelivered and left unrefrigerated.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately at claire@chippity.co with a photo of the issue so we can resolve it.
